What if I can't make it to class? How do I cancel?

Participants may cancel or reschedule their registration up to 1 business day before the training start time without penalty. Cancellations must be submitted via email and confirmed received. Late cancellations may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

What if I'm running late? Will I still be able to take the course?

A grace period of 15 minutes may be allowed for late arrivals, and you may join with minimal disruption. For those who arrive past the grace period, you may have to reschedule to a different date, so that we are able to respect the time of the instructor and other students.
