PROVAIL
Employment and Community Services helps people with all types of
disabilities secure and maintain competitive employment in the
community. ECS helps find jobs for people whose disabilities previously
excluded them from employment outside of sheltered workshops. By
working closely with the applicant and potential employer, PROVAIL
helps identify appropriate jobs for the client. Individualized support
includes developing strategies for professional success--from training
on public transportation to technological accommodations--and providing
on-the-job support until the transition to the new job is complete.
