Parent Empowerment Network
The
Parent Empowerment Network is an E-mail community of parents with
disabilities, people with disabilities who hope someday to become
parents, and (where applicable) nondisabled partners of parents with
disabilities. It is a means of connecting with other parents, through
an electronic mail listserver, on issues such as:
accessible/independent parenting; societal attitudes towards parents
with disabilities; pregnancy, childbirth and reproductive health
issues; general issues of child care and child rearing. Send an e-mail
to majordomo@imagicomm.com (no subject) to subscribe. In the body of the message type "SUBSCRIBE parentempowerment" (no quotes).
