needs and abilities are carefully matched to the needs of employers.
CTC coordinates the involvement of co-workers and supervisors in the
training and support of the participant. Job coaches provide support to
both the worker and the employer. Assists participants in all phases of
obtaining and keeping a job, including dress and grooming skills,
travel training, and budgeting and money management skills.
