CARES
of Washington is a non-profit organization working to promote a diverse
and competent workforce by providing innovative employment
opportunities, training and increased independence in our communities.
We annually assists more than 800 individuals with disabilities to
locate and secure employment. Services to participants and employers
include: assessment of abilities and interests, job readiness training,
job development, job modification, job training, job placement and
retention services.
