Meals
on Wheels offers a selective menu of 30 lunches and dinners and 5
breakfasts. Meals are adaptable to a variety of special diet needs. To
be eligible for Meals on Wheels, persons must: be homebound (requiring
assistance to leave home), residents of King County and age 60 or over.
The spouse or primary caretaker and/or disabled younger persons living
with an eligible senior are also eligible to receive meals. The
application process typically takes one week or less.
