32nd Legislative District Town Hall Meeting
OLYMPIA – State Reps. Ruth Kagi (D-Lake Forest Park) and Maralyn Chase (D-Shoreline) will host two local town hall meetings on Feb. 20 for constituents of the 32nd Legislative District. The meetings offer an opportunity to learn about the issues facing the 2010 Legislature — now in session through mid-March — and to share concerns and ideas about the issues being considered.
The 32nd District embraces portions of northwest King and southwest Snohomish Counties, including Edmonds, Kenmore, Shoreline, Lake Forest Park and Woodway.

Randy Gordon (D-Bellevue) will host two local town hall meetings on Feb. 20 for constituents of the 41st Legislative District. 43rd Legislative District Town Hall Meeting
OLYMPIA – The 43rd District legislative delegation of House Speaker Frank Chopp, Sen. Ed Murray and Rep. Jamie Pedersen will host a local town hall meeting on Sat., Feb. 20 at the Seattle First Baptist Church from 1:30-3 p.m.
The three lawmakers will provide an update on the 2010 Legislative Session and take questions from constituents. The lawmakers expect a range of questions on issues before the Legislature, such as how to resolve the state’s budget crisis and the replacement of the SR 520 bridge.
The event is free and open to all constituents of the 43rd Legislative District, which includes Capitol Hill, University District, Madison Park, Washington Park, Broadmoor, Montlake, Wallingford, Madison Valley and parts of Fremont, Ravenna, Denny Regrade and downtown Seattle.
The 2010 Legislative Session began in January and will continue through mid-March.

45th Legislative District: Town Hall Meeting
OLYMPIA – The 45th District legislative delegation of Sen. Eric Oemig and Reps. Larry Springer and Roger Goodman will host a town hall meeting in Kirkland on Saturday, Feb. 20 at the Kirkland City Hall, Council Chambers from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.
The lawmakers invite you to share your comments, questions and concerns about the 45th District and topics related to the Washington state Legislature.
The event is free and open to all constituents of the 45th Legislative District, which includes Carnation, Duvall
46th District Town Hall Meeting
OLYMPIA - As the 2010 Legislative Session crosses the halfway point, legislators from the 46th District are looking to have a dialogue with their North Seattle neighbors.
The community meeting will be Saturday, Feb. 20, from 10 a.m. to noon, at the Meadowbrook Community Center. Sen. Ken Jacobsen, Rep. Phyllis Gutierrez Kenney, and Rep. Scott White will all be attending.
The current session is scheduled to end on March 11, and the Legislature is expected to be working on and finalizing the budget in the remaining weeks. The lawmakers are hoping for a good turnout to help guide their decisions about how to tackle the budget deficit.
Education, public safety, and transportation will be discussed, and public input on other policy areas facing Olympia this session is also welcome.

48th Legislative District: Town Hall Meeting
State Sen. Rodney Tom (D-Bellevue) and Reps. Ross Hunter (D-Medina) and Deb Eddy (D-Kirkland) invite Eastside residents to a town hall on Saturday, February 20 for a discussion of the current legislative session.
The legislators will provide updates on the state’s budget situation, education issues like Race to the Top and finance reform, and the SR 520 project. Residents are encouraged to come with questions or ideas about other issues of interest.
