Professor Rosenfeld, the founder of COPAA, is also Director of the National Academy for IDEA Administrative Law Judges and Hearing Officers, which has trained special education hearing officers from approximately 30 states.
Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and will receive written materials (in electronic form) prior to the webinar. Instructions for participation will be provided shortly before the presentation date.
