Invites YOU to Take a Stand Against Racism!
This year, The Arc has chosen to be a participating site of the YWCA’s Stand Against Racism to join voices in our community in a stand for the dignity and respect of all people. Starting at noon, The Arc will show a couple of segments of the documentary, Mirrors of Privilege: Making Whiteness Visible, with a discussion to follow.

Highlights of the 2010 Stand Against Racism
The 2010 Stand Against Racism took place on April 30, 2010. A total of 2,061 organizations participated in the Stand Against Racism in 32 states across our country. This was a great collaboration of 71 YWCA Associations.
We are estimating that approximately 251,024 people took a Stand Against Racism!
