COMMUNICATIVE INTENT: WHAT ARE WE REALLY SAYING?
Learn to take the mystery out of why a child engages in a certain behavior by understanding the purpose of that behavior. Discover the role communication plays in understanding children’s behavior issues. Steps can then be taken to teach the child a new way to communicate his/her needs
Presented by, Susan Stewart, MS, CCC-SLP. Susan has 21 years of experience working with children in psychiatric, school and clinical settings.
