Understand: difference between specially designed instruction & classroom
accommodations; developing IEPs while establishing
successful relationships;
Gain understanding of the purpose of the IEP committee; Understand LRE and
Change of Placement. Registration is limited to 35 participants. Lunch and light
refreshments will be provided. Preregistration
is required and very

hours are available for a $5
fee. Paraeducator Certificate of Completion upon
request. Sign up and pay for clock hours onsite.
Registration deadline is one
week prior to the training date. Training by Washington Education Association Special
Education Cadre Trainers.
