It's a workshop for caregivers/caring loved ones/support people who are supporting/caring people with disabilities over 48 years old.
However, the age limit is flexible and disability is also for all disabilities.
The workshop is offered by Elder and Adult Day Services, and offerred at NO COST, and the location is The Arc of King County.
Class will starts at April 7, so prompt registration will be great.
