When our sons and daughters with disabilities begin to enter adult-hood, there are many things to think about: guardianship, SSI, DVR, Medicaid Personal Care, tran-sition services. Come learn about what you need to be thinking about as you prepare, and things you can do to make the process easier.
Please RSVP & inform us what the most pressing question you have about transition is, and the age of your son or daughter. Be sure to bring a sack lunch as well.
