FOR INFORMATION ON METRO BUS SERVICE AND PARKING AT THE HOTEL

Directions:

DoubleTree Guest Suites

16500 Southcenter Parkway

Tukwila, WA  98188

 

From all points North of Seattle

·        Proceed down I-5 South, take “Southcenter Boulevard Exit Only” from right lane

·        Turn left at the light and move into the right lane

·        Turn right at the 3rd light (going over I-405)

·        Turn onto Tukwila Parkway

·        Follow the Parkway around the Southcenter Shopping Center to the two DoubleTree Hotels -- You want the DoubleTree Suites

·        Located on the left just through the traffic light at 16500 Southcenter Parkway

From Bellevue, Renton and all points East

·        Take I-405, proceeding west to the Southcenter Boulevard/Seattle exit

·        Stay to the right, follow Southcenter Exit and proceed about 500 feet to the light

·        Turn right onto Tukwila Parkway

·        Follow the Parkway around the Southcenter Shopping Center to the two DoubleTree Hotels -- You want the DoubleTree Suites

·        Located on the left just through the traffic light at 16500 Southcenter Parkway

From Tacoma, Federal Way and all points South

·        Take I-5 North

·        Take “Southcenter Parkway - South” Exit

·        Take first right onto Southcenter Parkway

·        There are two DoubleTree Hotels -- You want the DoubleTree Guest Suites

·        Located on the left just through the traffic light at 16500 Southcenter Parkway

 

Metro Bus Information:

  • The Southcenter area is served by bus route #150 from Seattle or Kent.  It stops on Strander Blvd. near JC Penneys.  From there it is a 2-3 block walk to the Doubletree.
  • Bus route #155 from Fairwood & Valley Medical Center drops off across the street from Doubletree Suites on Southcenter Parkway.
  • Bus route #128 from West Seattle, and #140 from Renton and Burien, stops on Strander Blvd. From there it is a 2-3 block walk to the Doubletree.

INFORMATION ON PARKING

If the Doubletree Guest Suites parking lot is full, please park in the adjacent office building or nearby businesses.  If you go to the south of the hotel and beyond the Outback restaurant, there is a closed Magnolia Hi-Fi business.

The Doubletree Guest Suites has asked their employees to park off site.
