Return to Services Main MenuContracted Residential Service Providers

Note:  The following organizations all have current contracts with the Region 4 Field Services Office of the Washington State Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) to provide residential support services to eligible adult (18 years and older) clients of the Division.  Interested individuals may contact any of these agencies directly to inquire about services provided or to request additional information.  It is important to remember, however, that the ability of any listed organization to actually provide services to specific individuals is dependent upon the availability and approval of support dollars from the Division.  Information about the referral process for specific individuals can be obtained by contacting the person's assigned Case/Resource manager with DDD, or by calling the Region 4 DDD intake worker at (206) 568-5700.

These providers differ in services provided and type of contract from Adult Family Homes.  For a listing of Adult Family homes in your area, see the Aging and Adult Services Adult Family Home Locator (web site) at http://www.aasa.dshs.wa.gov/Lookup/AFHRequestV2.asp .
