Info: Camp Parkview is located on beautiful Vashon Island in Washington State.
It is held at the Camp Burton Conference Center where there are acres of hiking
trails, a private waterfront, heated cabins nestled in the woods, and a rustic
dining hall that overlooks Puget Sound. Camp Parkview provides over sixty adults
with developmental disabilities a week of fun, a sense of belonging, and an
environment of empowerment. Camp Parkview also provides a one day spring camp in
April and a fall camp in October .

Camp
Volasuca provides a quality camping experience for adults with developmental
disabilities. Six sessions are offered and arranged by functional level of
the participant. Two weeks serve people that are very independent, and
function well in groups. Two sessions are shorter and designed to serve
people with profound disabilities. The remaining two session are for
individuals capable of functioning between the two levels mentioned above.
Intermixed in the summer are three

sessions for children six to 13 years old.
