Notary Services in King County

Notary Public at King County Courthouse & Kent Regional Justice Center

At least in King county, the Clerk's Offices do not offer notary service.

 

King County Courthouse

Notary service is available at the Attorney's Information Bureau (206 622-1909) in Room C-603, on the 6th floor immediately adjacent to the central hall as you exit any of the elevators.  Their hours are 8:30 AM to 5 PM weekdays except Court holidays, and they remain open throughout the day.

 

Kent Regional Justice Center

Notary service is available at the Attorney's Information Bureau (206 205-2930) in Room 1C , on the 1st floor next to the espresso bar.  Their hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM weekdays except Court holidays, but they and close from Noon to 1 PM

In addition, many banks, credit unions, and private auto licensing contractors provide notary services.  Fees vary by location.
