Info:  Provide home-based occupational and physical therapy services, by a licensed therapist, to children with developmental delays or physical disabilities at no cost to the families.  Under the direction of the prescribing physician, and the supervision of the therapy supervisor, the therapy services are provided in the home with the parent's/guardian or designated adult present. With the permission of the parent, therapy services are sometimes provided at an alternate site such as a day care center.
