Info: State of Washington (government) agency for blind and visually
impaired; information and referral + various services: vocational
rehabilitation, assistive technology services, employer services, assistance in
employing the blind or visually impaired, child and family program, independent
living program. The agency also runs Orientation and Training Center -
students learn to travel independently, prepare meals, and maintain a home.
