Note:  Some of the following organizations have current contracts with King County to provide job placement and vocational support services to eligible adult
(18 years and older) clients of the Division of Developmental Disabilities.  Interested individuals may contact any of these agencies directly to inquire about services provided or to request additional information.  It is important to remember, however, that the ability of any listed organization to actually provide services to specific individuals is dependent upon the availability and approval of support dollars from DDD and/or King County and the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR).  Information about the referral process for specific individuals can be obtained by contacting the person's assigned Case/Resource manager with DDD, or by calling the Region 4 DDD intake worker at (206) 568-5700.

Info:  Participants' needs and abilities are carefully matched to the needs of employers. CTC coordinates the involvement of co-workers and supervisors in the training and support of the participant. Job coaches provide support to both the worker and the employer. Assists participants in all phases of obtaining and keeping a job, including dress and grooming skills, travel training, and budgeting and money management skills.
